Frequently asked questions

What counts as a "user"?

A user is anyone with a named account in your service desk — agents, client admins, and end users all count. The Silver plan allows bolt-on blocks of 5 additional users at £49/month each.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is pro-rated to your next billing date. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — all plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

What is the difference between MSP and standard pricing?

The pricing above is per-organisation for in-house IT teams or single clients. MSPs running 3ROC Desk for multiple client organisations use our MSP partner pricing — visit the For MSPs page for details.

What SLA tiers are available?

Micro and Bronze plans use our Bronze SLA (P1 response 2 hours, P1 resolution 8 hours). Silver uses our Silver SLA (P1 response 1 hour). Gold uses our Gold SLA (P1 response 30 minutes). Custom BESPOKE SLAs are available on request.

Is data stored in the UK?

Yes. All customer data is stored in EU-West-1 (Ireland). 3ROC is GDPR compliant and UK ICO registered.
