By accessing or using 3ROC Desk (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by 3Roc Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England and Wales. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date. Failure to pay may result in suspension after a 7-day grace period.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will not use Customer Data for any other purpose without your consent.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3Roc Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
